Feeling stressed, uncertain, or unsure about starting therapy—or coming back to it—is completely normal. That’s why I’m here. I help create a clear path forward, offering support, insight, and practical guidance as you navigate challenges. I draw on the best elements of several therapeutic approaches so that your experience is tailored to your needs.
I work with individuals, couples, teens, and parents to manage stress, relationship challenges, parenting pressures, and life transitions. Using a client-centered approach, I incorporate evidence-informed strategies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based work, and elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
My practice focuses on building a strong, trusting relationship so each client feels understood, seen, and heard. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and often includes humour, creating a safe and supportive space for growth.

Your first session is all about getting to know you—what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and how I can best support you. We’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and any questions you have about the process. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported from the very start.

The best therapy happens when you feel comfortable and understood. If you’re looking for a therapist who is supportive, down-to-earth, and gives real, evidence-based feedback (with a bit of humour along the way), we may be a great fit! Individual sessions are $150 each. At this time, I do not offer direct billing, but I can provide receipts for insurance reimbursement if applicable.
